“ Had placed an online order for a pep pizza with extra tomato sauce yesterday. The pizza I got had hardly any sauce, not much cheese but had a lot of crust puffed through. So mostly breading and pepperoni. I was hungry and tired from packing and moving for several hours. So I just took it. I called today to see if there was anything they could do to possibly remake the pizza. I was fine with even getting a smaller pizza. I gave my order and let them know upfront, that I understood if it was a no, as it was a new day. Sergio was so kind and compassionate and advised he would remake it. I tried to tip him but he refused the tip. Hes just a good man. Also, the replacement pizza was sooo good and well made. Thank you so much for your kindness, Sergio! ”
